Before your first withdrawal is processed, Members may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid copy of their MyKad or passport. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for all payment methods. No maximum deposit limit is set; however, uwon77 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding a certain threshold for compliance purposes.

Uwon77 offers a variety of bonuses to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback and special promotions tied to festive occasions or sporting events such as the World Cup, Malaysia Super League and esports tournaments.
All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the Member must place total bets worth 20 times the bonus value before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Each bonus has its own validity period depending on the promotion type. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends. Check the bonus validity period on the promotions page before claiming.

In the event of an internet disconnection, software error or technical failure during an active game, uwon77 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Member. The platform will attempt to restore the game session to the last state recorded by our servers.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the uwon77 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the uwon77 support team via Live Chat or email. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements will be forfeited and any remaining bonus balance will be removed. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Uwon77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or for operational reasons deemed necessary by management. In cases of closure due to terms violations, uwon77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account.
The uwon77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, uwon77 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Uwon77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption. uwon77's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
